Leadership

An executive team runs the company. A credentialed team supports every brand.

Everyone here works in service of one thing: what ends up in a dog's bowl. The executive team spans marketing, retail, finance, manufacturing, operations, and technology, and comes from consumer packaged goods. Behind every recipe is an in-house team of formulators, scientists, and quality experts, with outside advisors.
